The tower is late 12th century with a brick top and slated pyramidal cap. The nave is 13th century with later alterations. The chancel has as 16th century hammerbeam roof. The chancel roof is 17th century and there is much 17th century woodwork in the pews and the pulpit. A 15th century screen occupies most of the south aisle.
There is German stained glass in the east window of 1892.
This church does not appear in the current edition of 'A Guide to Shropshire's Churches', but is a member of Shropshire Churches Tourism Group.
